Life in Joy Instructor Training

Become a Certified Life in Joy instructor in this 3 day, in-person, weekend training.  Life in Joy instructors are helping children to find balance in the body and mind.   Life in Joy Classes are inspired by Berkleigh's background as a Children's Yoga Instructor and Earth Based Educator. Trainings offer individuals the knowledge, education, and tools to safely and effectively teach children Yoga and Mindfulness practices through mindful movement, breathing exercises, emotional recognition, self regulation tools and techniques, and relaxation. You will learn to teach in a variety of settings and explore classes for children 2-12 yrs, we briefly discuss tween ages.
