This month we are planting seeds of peace. A gentle movement/Yoga practice, followed by a hands on exercise, and lite snacks and coffee/tea/water with a beautiful group of ladies. A morning spent increasing feelings of inner peace. $40/person includes instruction and materials. Feel free to bring your own mat or we have some that we can share!
