Join Berkleigh for Restorative Poses to Relax, Reset, and Recharge for the Holiday Season. Enjoy a lite snack, water/coffee while creating your own Mala Necklace. You will learn how to make a Mala, how to use your Mala, and end in a Mala Meditation with your own beads.
**When you register for this event please answer the question, "What do you need support with right now, what do you want to feel more of?" (Examples: confidence, more joy, love, peace)
The answer to this question will be how I choose each individuals mala beads.
