Certified Foundational Breathworker
Berkleigh offers years of experience teaching children, families, and adults as a Yoga Instructor. Berkleigh works with groups, individuals, and organizations to support different ages and stages of life by creating Yoga sessions unique to the client. Group Yoga classes, events, and workshops as well as one on one sessions for adult, children, and families are available.
March 2024 Berkleigh became a Certified Foundational Breathworker through Infinite Well Co.
Foundational Breathwork sessions are restorative and guided to allow clients to return to their natural breath, bring awareness to breath patterns, and allow the natural flow of energy.
