Yoga on the Beach, Kids Class

Feel good & do Yoga, Kids Version! Our Kids Feel Good Yoga classes begin May 29th and run through the season weekly Mondays 8:15-9 AM at the Golden Sands Private Beach.  If it is raining Yoga class will be on the 22nd floor in the oceanfront atrium.  Yoga class is geared towards children ages 5-10 years, however, all ages are welcome!  $15/child, 40% of all profits will be given to a different local non-profit each week.  You will be asked to include the name of the non-profit you would like to nominate.  We will draw a name randomly each class! $15 class fee will include a 45 minute kids Yoga class and a 50% discount at the Deli afterwards for healthy breakfast (smoothies, acai bowls, breakfast sandwiches, etc.) All are welcome, however, if you are not staying at the Golden Sands you will need to find parking on the street.  Please register for class and check-in at the Deli prior to class to pay and sign your waiver!
