Tween/Teen Restorative Yoga & Reflection

Join me for a 5 week, tween/teen Restorative & Self Reflection series! This series is for children ages 9- 13 years. Each class offers a safe space for youth to explore and connect to each other and themselves. This series will emphasize the importance of intentional rest and self reflection. Each session will provide opportunity for restorative Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and journaling.

$60/child for the 5 week session. Monday's 6:30-7:30 PM. Sept. 18th, 25th, Oct 2nd, 9th, and 16th

Feel free to bring your own mat, but no worries if you don't have one. We have extra. Dress comfy and bring a water bottle.
