About the event

Join me for a 5 week, kids Yoga series! This series is for children ages 5-8 years. Each class is packed full of movement, mindfulness, social emotional lessons, and relaxation techniques. $50/child for the 5 week session. Monday's 5:30-6:15 PM. Sept. 18th, 25th, Oct 2nd, 9th, and 16th

Feel free to bring your own mat, but no worries if you don't have one. We have extra. Dress comfy and bring a water bottle.
