With the use of guided reflection prompts participants will dive into a journey of introspection with the intention of increasing their overall wellness and self-awareness. The focus of all prompts will be on one and/or multiple dimensions of wellness. When our dimensions of wellness, also known as aspect of our lives, are in balance we live a healthy and fulfilling life. When an aspect/dimension is out of balance or neglected we can be left feeling dissatisfied, distressed, and/or out of balance. The dimensions of wellness are interconnected and the neglect of one area will eventually affect another area of our lives. Through introspection and guided reflection participants will build awareness around all areas of their lives and understand which areas may need more attention. Well-being guidance in the form of one on one sessions are available if desired. This self-paced program is NOT intended to replace therapy, but may be complimentary.
