Weekend trainings include three days, in person instruction, training manual, activities and games, and invitation to the private Life in Joy Instructors page for continued support and inspiration. A little bit about your trainer:

I have spent the last six years teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to children as a Certified Kidding Around Yoga Instructor.  I have taught classes for children 2 - 15 years in a variety of settings including classrooms, afterschool programs, recreation centers, churches, summer programs, on the beach, in parks, daycares, and Yoga studios.

From the time I became certified to teach children until present I have continued to grow and learn.  I have since completed trainings and certifications in:

Earth Based Education

Restorative Yoga for Tweens/Teens

Happiness Coaching

and am currently enrolled in my 300HR YT training.

I am thrilled to be offer my own trainings.  I believe that a Yoga and Mindfulness practice can be so beneficial to children. I look forward to meeting you at a future training. Together, we can continue to share Mindfulness and Movement with one another and with our children, creating and sustaining happiness and health for a life in joy.

"Pay attention to the things you are naturally drawn to. They are often connected to your path, passion, and purpose in life. Have the courage to follow them."
